My Grandma has just celebrated her 85th Birthday, we threw her a small get together and I brought her a computer for her birthday. See the pictures below. Her new email address is JeanPalmer29@outlook.com.

On Febryary 28, 2014 Aunt Rholanda Hudson was awarded the Community Service Award at The Brown Chapel AME Church's 61st Annual Brotherhood Banquet. She was nominated for her generosity of making blankets, headbands, hats and scarfs, and giving them out to the sick and shut in, youth ministry and the needy. Below is a picture of her accepting her award and a picture of Cookie, Pat and I, also in attendance was Jerry . 

                                                    Jaylin Denefield

I am the proud aunt of a Gold Medalist! Jaylin is on a Special Olympics basketball team. And they just won 1st place at a tournament. This is her first year playing and she loves it. We had so much fun watching the kids play. Watching a Special Olympics game is so different than a regular game. Because the kids play to win but they try to make sure no one gets hurt and have fun the whole time. The best part of the day was seeing the smile on Jaylin's face when she saw all of us, it was priceless. Congratulations Jaylin!! Can't wait to next year to watch you play.

                                                       Jordan Cash

I am one proud mom! Jordan received the Citizenship and Hard Work Cafe award this marking period. She also had all A's and B's. This is the first year that she has had letter grades, and her goal was to have all A's and B's. My baby is growing up way too fast. The last picture is Jordan and her wonderfulteacher Mrs. Salyer. Bruce and I are so proud of her. Keep up the good work.

                                                 SYDNEE HOGAN

My sweet and oh so beautiful niece Sydnee Hogan will be graduating from high school on June 7, 2014. They grow up so fast. I can't believe she is already 18 and getting ready to graduate and go to college. Not only is she beautiful, she is a smart young lady. She earns very good grades. Sydnee we are all so proud of the young lady you have become.

                                        KERSEY FAMILY REUNION 2015

It's time for us to start planning our next big Kersey Family Reunion which will be held July 24-26th, 2015. We plan to set up a conference call on April 6, 2014.
