So make sure that if you are blessed and have grandparents you let them know how special they are to you. I know that Jordan has the best grandparents alive. And she is so blessed to have 6. Jordan wants to wish a happy grandparents day to Grandma, Papa, Grandma Donna, Grandpa George, Grandma LaVerna and Papa Andrew.
FAMILY VISIT Nate and Dianna Spencer had a visitor a couple of weeks ago. Shawn Lett stop by for dinner and a room. He was in town to open a new clinic. He had dinner with mom and dad, he told mom that he hadn't had "Michigan fried potatoes in 20 years". He told us that his daughter Samantha started high school this year. It was really nice hearing from him.

NEW FAMILY MEMEBER
We are blessed to have a new family member. His name is Detrique Rylan Johnson. Detrique was born on August 25, 2009 at 6:20pm and weighed 7 pounds and 11 ounces. He is the son of David Johnson and Herschel Cortez and the grandson of Paulette Gambril. Detrique is the little brother of Matthew and Gabrielle. He’s a handsome little guy. I love the picture of him and his big sister. Welcome to the family Detrique.

IT'S BACK TO SCHOOL TIME
August 25, 2009 was the 1ST day of school for The Texas Dynamic Duo. Jaylin is in “Full Inclusion” 1st grade. Yeah!!! Jaylin has really come a long way and is doing great. Mr. DARE DEVIL himself, Warren Jay started preschool. Yeah for mommy and grandma. And he made it throw the first week. I hope you both have a great year.
Home School
I started home schooling Jordan when the other kids started school last month. Every day she wants to know when school starts. She really enjoys learning. We do a lot of things on the computer, so know she wants to get on it all the time. I think it might be time for her own computer (I don't like to share). So wish us both luck.
College Bond
Our cousin Matthew Spencer is here in Texas going to college. This is his first year. And he is doing really well. He still has to get us to the Texas weather. He’s from Virginia so the weather is totally different. Matt is staying with the Hogan's which is great for everyone. Spencer and Sydnee have a big cousin to look up too and Matt has some younger cousin's to drive him crazy. They all get along really well. Matt we wish you all the luck in the world and we are all so happy to have you here.
